Maximizing Your Value: You and I will walk through your home together. I will advise you how to present your property to maximize its selling price and time on the market..

Marketing: The more buyers who know about your home, the quicker it will sell.. Our extensive marketing of your home assures you of maximum value.  This includes direct mail, faxing, and internet marketing, open houses for buyers as well as other realtors, and so much more.  More important, we customize every home's marketing effort to your needs so nothing is done that will make you uncomfortable.

Qualifying the Buyers: Having worked as a mortgage broker, I make sure they don't waste your time by qualifying them as to their real ability to afford your home. 

Managing the Contracts: Contracts can be confusing and intimidating. I'll help guide you to a smooth and successful closing.

Disclosures: I will help to make sure you conform to all Missouri statutory disclosure requirements, as well as inform you of any inspections that you should consider having done ahead of time to ensure a successful closing.

Support: Selling your home means moving.  And that means garage sales, packing, hiring movers, finding repair people to get your house on the market, etc.   As a former professional property manager, I can assist with all the tasks and checklists required to make the big day happen.
