If you work with rehabbers or builders, here are a couple of good solutions to look at.

Builders live and breathe floor plans so offering a single property website as a marketing tool that speaks their language is going to be something they like.

I have business cards for both companies somewhere, I can get you contact info for demos, etc. I've only played with both but don't actively use either.

We looked at them as a solution for targeting small builders but backed off of those plans when the market began to change.
