Why No Love for IVR?

I was looking at some of the new Craigslist Posting services that really provide nice HTML output and I'm disappointed that they require you to put in all the specific details about your listings (namely the price) before they let you have the template to post.

I lOVE my IVR phone system.  And it's not just because I'm trying to generate leads (but yes that is a factor!)  Why I really love my IVR is that when I direct people to an 800 number recording for the price it allows me to have one place I need to update when there's a pricing or availability change.

My wife likes to play the MLS games (i.e. change pricing every week by small amounts so the home is constantly popping up in saved searches).  If the only place I have the price advertised is the 800 number, I only have one thing to change every week.  But when the price is advertised all over the place it creates hours of work updating webpage, flyer, etc

That might not be bad if you only have one listing...
