Craigslist Success?

Our call volume from the grocery store magazines has tanked (Real Estate Book, Homes Magazine, etc).  No one is calling anymore.

So, I'm playing with how we post to Craigslist.  Changed my ads so they're without a price so people will call the IVR/Call Capture system.  Then instead of posting once and forgetting about it, I'm deleting them and reposting so they're staying at the top.

Holy @#$% Craigslist can make the phone ring.  We've had over 200 calls this month already.

However I'm not loving the work I have to do to post.  Painfully manual.  Anyone have an easier solution?
