Had an agent ask me about Settlement Room after I blogged about it a few months ago. Namely, they wanted to know how hard it was to use. Answer, it's not hard at all.

If it will help, I've attached the Basic User Training Manual (below in a PDF) so you can see what it's like to use. Our sales rep, Jeannie Beck, gave us this when we signed up. Pretty sure it's also available on their website. Hope this helps.
