Alternative to Top Producer

Got an email from an agent about my Transaction Management posting a couple of months ago. The discussion quickly turned to the topic of Contact Management software. We both are unhappy Top Producer users.

I'm in the process of migrating away from Top Producer right now. Hope to be off of it by the end of the year. What I'm moving to is ACT! 2006. It's networkable and has a lot of great features that allow a team leader to manage agents.

After I made my purchase they released a real estate version called ACT! for Real Estate. Attached is the marketing flyer on it I got from an ACT! sales rep.
