I've found even more of my early real estate videos from 2005 and 2006.

Here's the VERY FIRST web video I ever made (April 2005).  It was a guided tour of my website.  Actually forgot I ever made it...

The next video I made was this "all-in-one" video that discusses all of our listings.  It was done in late May 2005.  Have to admit, I kind of like tind of like the format...  I may have to start doing that again.

Not long after we started video tours I had an agent in KC tell me about a free Microsoft product called PhotoStory that made video from still photos.  The projects aren't as impressive as Visual Communicator, but they sure were faster to make.

Below is my first project with it (June 2005).  It's painfully long (over 3 minutes).  If you make it past the 1 minute mark without turning the music off I'm impressed.  Somehow it impressed the rehabber I made it for so much that he hired us!

Later I got better with it.  Here's on from Jan 2006.  I think it's the only one I ever did a voice over for.  Talking makes it a lot easier to watch, but I always thought the way the software handled making the voice over was awkward.
