Trying to make Craigslist postings easier to do as well as add elements to make the posts look more attractive (i.e. HTML design elements).
So I created a simple HTML template in Dreamweaver then cut and pasted it into a Word Document to use as a template.
I then took the text areas that are unique to each property and isolated it with extra space (Craigslist ignores extra space thankfully), then I made the editable areas a large, red font that says "Place X Here" (see sample below).
Then all I need to do when I want to create a new listing is:
1) Cut and copy the template into a new Word file.
2) Replace the Large Red Text by cutting and pasting the text I need out of our MLS. Ignore all the black text so it's unchanged.
3) Save the finished document so I can use it again later.
4) Cut and paste the entire document into Craigslist.
Now in a few minutes I can have a Craigslist posting online that utilizes my IVR!
I'll attach my template in a Word format if anyone wants to use it.

When you're looking at my template it looks like this below...
