2008 is License Renewal Year

Just got an email from the Missouri Association of REALTORS reminding us that 2008 is an even-numbered year which of course means it's a license renewal year for all Missouri real estate licensees.

So, if you don't have a plan to get your required Continuing Education Courses completed before renewal deadlines, it's time to start planning.  Personally, I intend to take my classes at the St. Louis Association of REALTORS.  I think their classes are like $25 each.

If anyone has better suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
